Radio Broadcaster Carl Hartley is the new voice of weekend news on Radio Wave in Blackpool.
The 28 year old will present hourly bulletins between 8am and 1pm on Saturday’s and 8am to 12pm on Sunday’s.
Hartley, who completes’ a masters degree at the University of Central Lancashire this September is delighted; “Radio Wave is a fantastic radio station, with a big following in the town and an established and fun team. It’s also a really busy news patch with a lot of people visiting the area for short breaks. I’m thoroughly looking forward to progressing my career at Radio Wave.”
He’ll take over the vacant position on Saturday 19th March 2011.
