Carl Hartley is to become the new boss at three radio stations in South Wales.
The 29 year old has been appointed Programme Manager at Radio Carmarthenshire, Radio Ceridigion and Scarlet FM.
Carl will take charge of the Town and Country Broadcasting owned stations from the beginning of March.
He will also present the Afternoon Drive show across the three stations.
His appointment means he will leave his popular Sunday morning breakfast show on Lakeland Radio and will no longer be the voice of Saturday news on Radio Wave in Blackpool.
The former CN Radio Head of Presentation and Programme Manager of Bolton FM said; “I’m delighted to be joining a radio group with big visions of bringing truly local radio to the areas they serve. I’m really looking forward to working with the on air team in bringing engaging content across a multi-media platform specifically aimed at our listeners.”
His last show on Lakeland Radio will be Sunday 19th February 2012.
